tiviLux V14.1 — Startup Reliability Fix

INSTALL
Merge this package over the same application paths as V14. Replace all files in public, and keep the V14 includes/xtream.php supplied here. Do not delete storage, private config, or your database. No setup or migration is required.
This is a complete package including V14 Sports and playback improvements.

FIX
Home renders immediately after profile/settings selection without waiting for provider catalogs. Navigation is available while catalogs load. Home requests Live TV, Movies and Series sequentially, avoiding V14's simultaneous cold catalog downloads. Results render section by section; no whole-page wait for all catalogs. Complete catalog counts and full browsing remain intact.
Failed sections show the API error and an individual retry button. Requests have a 75-second deadline, including response parsing. Leaving the page cancels its browser requests and prevents stale results from changing another page. Categories and personal rails load after catalog sections. Asset and service-worker versions are updated to 14.1.

VERIFICATION
Chromium test reproduces failed Live TV and Series plus a held movie response. Home and navigation remain usable before Movies resolves. Successful movie results render, both failed sections recover through their retry buttons, and Sports opens successfully. Prior Sports/player browser tests and JavaScript syntax checks were also run.

LIMITS
Provider or server failures may still require server investigation; their underlying cause cannot be established from the recording. This update removes the app-wide startup blockage and exposes failures instead of hiding them behind a percentage. Real provider playback and PHP production performance were not tested here.
