tiviLux V14.2 — Opening Playlist Update Restored

Restores the opening playlist update screen removed in V14.1: animated status rows, completion percentage and complete Live TV, Movies, Series and Guide counts. Home opens automatically when all four sections succeed.

Sequential loading retained. Failed sections do not falsely count as completed. Retry failed sections preserves successful results. Continue to Home remains available throughout, aborts the opening browser requests and lets Home load unfinished sections independently.

INSTALL: merge public files and includes/xtream.php into their matching existing paths. Keep private configuration, database and storage. No setup or migration. Reload after upload; assets and service worker now use V14.2.

Verified in Chromium fixtures: opening progress, failure states, full counts, retry recovery, automatic handoff, Continue during delayed loading, Sports controls and playback recovery regressions. Actual provider/server errors still require production verification.
