tiviLux V15.1 — Sports Source Channel Count Fix

FIXED
- NFL / MLB / PPV badges now show the actual number of channels inside the matching Live TV categories.
- Previously those badges showed the number of matching category folders, so one NFL folder containing many channels incorrectly appeared as “NFL 1”.
- Added a lightweight server-side live-category count endpoint; it returns only category totals and does not download the full lineup to the browser.
- Sports source scanning behavior is unchanged: choosing NFL / MLB / PPV still restricts scanning to the matching Live TV groups.
- Update/startup screen and the V15 web/mobile performance overhaul remain intact.
