tiviLux V17.1 — Sports Hub Mobile Fix

Built from V17 Verified Sports Hub.

Fixes:
- Corrects timezone handling for Internet sports timestamps that arrive without a timezone suffix.
- Game times now convert from UTC to the viewer device local time before display and stream-title matching.
- Removes the oversized sticky Sports toolbar on phones.
- Fixes search field inheritance that stacked the search icon/input vertically.
- Places Refresh beside Search as a compact icon button on mobile.
- Tightens league/time filters and verified-schedule notice.
- Makes mobile matchup cards much shorter while keeping both teams readable.
- Adds extra bottom safe-area room above the fixed mobile navigation.
- Preserves V17 title-based XUI matching, Internet verification, player, Live TV guide, provider/session logic, favorites, search, and startup updater.
